A
database is an organized collection of data. It is the collection of tables,
queries, reports, views and other objects. The data is typically organized to
model aspects of reality in a way that supports processes requiring
information, such as modelling the availability of rooms in hotels in a way
that supports finding a hotel with vacancies.
Database
management system (DBMS) are computer software applications that interact with
the user, other applications, and the database itself to capture and analyze
data. A general-purpose DBMS is designed to allow the definition, creation,

Perpetual
inventory system is a software licensing and delivery model in which software
is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes
referred to as "on-demand software". SaaS is typically accessed by
users using a thin client via a web browser. SaaS has become a common delivery
model for many business applications, including office and messaging software,
payroll processing software, DBMS software, management software, CAD software, Perpetual
inventory system, gamification, virtualization,
accounting, collaboration, customer relationship management (CRM), management
information systems (MIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), invoicing, human
resource management (HRM), talent acquisition, content management (CM) and

these companies is the potential to reduce IT support costs by outsourcing
